The Bahrain Tourism & Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) will be at WTM London to promote the opening of two new hotels.
Launched in September 2018, The Merchant House is an all-suite boutique hotel in the heart of Manama, Bahrain’s capital.
Designed for business and leisure guests, the 47-suite property is next to the Bab al-Bahrain Souk.
Its opening follows that of the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay Beach, which opened its doors in August 2018.
The hotel is set on a private island in Manama, with a 160-metre expanse of white sand.
Looking ahead, the kingdom of Bahrain will host the Ironman 70.3 Middle East Championship, for the fourth time on 8 December 2018.
Launched in 2015, the event was the first in the Middle East and is a celebration of triathlon and Middle Eastern culture.
