WTM Global Hub

Hospitality Industry First

Criton, the UK’s first intuitive app builder for the hospitality sector, will showcase its newly launched group app functionality at WTM.

The new product enables accommodation providers with multiple properties to access a platform to include information on each one within a single container app.

Cheval Residences has become the first serviced apartment group to adopt the new technology with eight of its luxury properties contained within their new app.

The group product is the first addition to the Criton portfolio and further demonstrates the company’s understanding of the hospitality sector as it supports business owners and managers in providing the very best guest experience.

Julie Grieve, founder & CEO of Criton, said: “Our new product will be transformative for groups of serviced apartments and hotels as they wrap all guest-facing technology into one unique portal.

“Group functionality is a game-changer for multiple properties; enabling them to showcase the unique personality of each property while reinforcing their brand, increasing direct bookings and driving loyalty from new and repeat guests.”

Visitors to the Criton stand can find out more about the app’s capabilities and can sign up for a 30-day trial.
