River cruise line AmaWaterways will reveal details of its first Bordeaux itineraries. Starting in spring 2016, the line will offer 22 ‘Taste of Bordeaux’ sailings aboard AmaDolce, sailing the Garonne and Dordogne Rivers in France’s most renowned wine region.

Travellers will have the opportunity to visit Bordeaux’s famous châteaus and vineyards with stops at Cadillac’s Roquetaillaide Castle, a Medoc wine tasting in Pauillac, an excursion at Château de Montaigne in Libourne and more.

Eight of the 22 departures will be special wine-themed voyages, featuring an even more immersive experience led by some of the world’s top wine experts.
