Executives will present the evolution of the platforms and the digital ecosystem, in addition to the creation of the relationship of a brand with the tourist before ever planning a trip
In the 5th edition of WTM Latin America, which will be held from 4 – 6 April in Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, visitors will be able to attend two conferences with professionals from Google in the Conference Theatre, in a series of presentations on the travel industry.
On Tuesday, 4 April, from 15:00 to 15:45, the subject will be ‘Audience Nutrition in favour of Tourism’, which will address how the evolution of platforms and the digital ecosystem allows a new approach in digital marketing strategies. The conference will be given by Keith Matsumoto, Google’s Agency Development Manager.
On 5 April, from 16:00 to 16:30 in the Conference Theatre, participants will be able to attend the conference entitled, ‘Dreaming about Travelling’, with Felipe Chammas, an analyst for Google’s Tourism Industry. The professional will deal with how to relate to travellers even before they begin planning their trip, by generating dialogue and inspiring and creating an emotional bond with the brand. Felipe will also show how it is possible to build a relationship and influence tourists with the creation of low investment content.
