Travel Forward – driving next generation technology for travel and hospitality – is making its debut on the first day of WTM Latin America, Tuesday 2 April at São Paulo’s Expo Center Norte.
Following the successful launch of Travel Forward co-located WTM London 2018; Travel Forward will hold sessions surrounding the future of technology for travel and hospitality the leading global event for the travel industry in Latin America.
Technology experts from around the world will come together for a full day of talks on the day’s central theme of ‘How can digital technologies turn South America into an experience destination for travellers and tourists?’
The series of seminars will deliver strategic and practical guidance designed to assist attendees with understanding next generation technology; in addition to discussing any predictions they have for what is yet to come.
Further discussions will include whether artificial intelligence or mobile will dominate in the future, the new distribution capabilities, ancillary packaging and omnichannel verses product content management.
Travel Forward’s inaugural launch co-located WTM London 2018 exceeded expectations by welcoming 7,000 participants to its conference and exhibitions. With travel and technology industry giants such as Google Cloud, Facebook for Work, Expedia’s Media Solutions, Air France and booking.com coming along to share their share insight – there is no doubt Travel Forward will emulate its accomplishment throughout the WTM Portfolio.

Travel Forward Theatre will be hosting conferences from 13:00 until 18:00 on Tuesday 2 April.
The show is open to travel and tourism industry professionals – there are specific badges for publishers, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and bloggers/influencers –, government authorities and buyers – only those buyers who meet the programme’s criteria will be issued with a WTM Buyers’ Club badge.
