WTM Latin America creates Destination Pavilions, an exclusive area for companies that do not have stands from their own countries at the event

WTM Latin America, the leading global event for the travel industry in Latin America, is pleased to confirm the launch of its Destination Pavilions. The goal is to enable private companies from destinations that are not represented at the event to mark their presence in this 6th edition. Companies from the following markets have already confirmed their participation: Portugal, Greece, South Africa, Canada, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

“Partnerships established with associations and departments from these destinations are fundamental for guaranteeing the presence of companies,” adds Luciane Leite, director of WTM Latin America.

Companies using the Destination Pavilions will be guaranteed the same rights and benefits as other exhibitors of WTM Latin America. In addition to the area that is already equipped to receive new exhibitors, the stand will have a backlit panel, where the company brand can be displayed. The company name and brand will also be included in the Official Catalogue, which is distributed to all participants of the event.

These partnerships will have all the same rights and privileges that are guaranteed to other WTM Latin America exhibitors, among which are access to the My Event platform, which allows them to promote their products and services by sending targeted messages and scheduling meetings. They also have access to the Speed Networking agendas that bring together more than 500 exhibitors and as many as 100 buyers during five-minute-long meetings.

The new pavilions help expand the opportunities available to small and medium-sized companies that still have limited resources to invest in a major event such as WTM Latin America, but who want to boost their business and present their innovative and differentiated solutions to the market. “Offering the opportunity for entrepreneurs who are launching their business to attend a world-renowned event adds not only to them, but to the market as a whole,” said Luciane Leite, director of WTM Latin America.
