The program is curated by Interamerican and applications are open until March 25
The premise of WTM Latin America remains to connect people and drive business in travel and tourism. This is why travel agents, vital links in this industry, are invited year after year to participate actively in the event.
Through the Agent on the Road program, sales partners from different parts of Brazil are invited by WTM Latin America to attend the official program and an exclusive agenda during the region’s largest B2B event at Expo Center Norte.
The program is curated by Interamerican, which dedicates an exclusive team to address participants’ demands in a personalized manner. In addition to expanding their network through meetings and networking events with key destinations and suppliers, participants have access to the thematic theater program, enhancing opportunities for learning about best practices, trends, and innovations in the Latin American market.
“The investment we make in the Agent on the Road program reflects WTM Latin America’s recognition of one of the driving forces of our industry, which is the travel agent. Our main goal is for the program to be a catalyst for best practices, empowering participating agents to become knowledge multipliers, fostering the growth of our industry,” says Bianca Pizzolito, head of WTM Latin America.
The executive confirms that there are 500 slots available for the Agent on the Road program in 2024, distributed among air and road trips for professionals from all Brazilian regions, as well as agents operating in the main capitals and cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
“We aim to diversify and provide opportunities to new professionals, and this year, we will bring in participants from Maringá, Paraná, and Aracaju, Sergipe, who have not participated in previous editions,” highlights Danielle Roman, CEO of Interamerican.
The requirements are: being registered in the event database as an issuing agent, having an active CNPJ (National Register of Legal Entities), possessing Cadastur (National Registry of Tourism Professionals), conducting sales through operators, and being available to attend the schedule of events and meetings set by ConnectMe, WTM Latin America’s scheduling platform.
Registrations will remain open until March 25th or until slots are filled. For more information, contact rsvp@interamericanetwork.com or call (11) 3214-7500.
“This is a collaborative effort by the WTM Latin America team and the Interamerican team, where everything is meticulously thought out, discussed, and planned. The Agent on the Road Program is successful because each year we build together an initiative of higher quality and value for exhibitors and agents,” concludes the CEO of Interamerican.
