Meetings between buyers and exhibitors boost the generation of business
World Travel Market Latin America 2017 & 47th Braztoa Business Meeting, the world’s main event for the Latin American travel industry, invites the members of the WTM Buyers’ Club, a business club for buyers with a high-level of decision-making power in the travel industry, to apply for the highly sought after Speed Networking sessions, between April 5th and 6th from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. in the Networking Area.
WTM Speed Networking was designed to give the buyers the opportunity to maximize their number of contacts with exhibitors in a short space of time. Held during the morning, the sessions contribute to the diversity of contacts and receptivity among the investors, making the relationship between them more dynamic. Since it was first launched at WTM London in 2010, the meetings have proven to be a success with an average of ten meetings in the space of less than 25 minutes.
“The Speed Networking sessions benefit both the exhibitor as well as the buyer. It is by means of this unique opportunity within the event that we provide an even greater ROI (return on investment) for those involved. The format employed helps ensure the maximum number of meetings in just a short space of time, encouraging mainly the increase in the network of contacts for doing long-term business. Only members of the WTM Buyers’ Club and exhibitors can take part in the program. Approximately 200 buyers are expected at the Speed Networking sessions with roughly 800 exhibitors.
Registration is open until March 17, 2017, and in order to apply, the buyer must register to visit at www.latinamerica.wtm.com, and then afterwards send the registration confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org, who will carry out a profile analysis and check to see the availability in the sessions.
