Registration Now Live for Travel Forward Virtual

TF Visitors will have full access to TF Virtual conference programme and meetings with TF Exhibitors for free

To access the full WTM Virtual content, TF Visitors can register for an early-bird fee of £25

Travel Forward Virtual has opened registration for this year’s virtual conference and exhibition with the event themed around the tagline of “Resilience, Innovation, Response”.

Digital attendees will be able to access TF Virtual conference programme and meetings with Travel Forward exhibitors free of charge.

Conference sessions, product demos, seminars and keynote speakers will be streamed live and visitors will have the chance to interact virtually with exhibitors.

Travel Forward Virtual takes place from 9-11 November, and will be accessible from 7am to 10pm GMT, reflecting the global nature of the travel technology industry.

The conference runs from 10.30am to 6pm on each day.

The agenda will touch on the specifics of the current situation and includes sessions which give a COVID context to familiar areas of interest. Contactless journeys, traveller expectations, the cloud, AI, data, personalisation and payments were business-critical before the outbreak and will become even more important during the recovery phase, albeit with a different emphasis.

Travel Forward Virtual is part of this year’s WTM Virtual initiative and will be hosted on the same innovative digital events platform as its sister event. TF Virtual attendees will have to pay for an early-bird fee of £25 to gain access to WTM Virtual content.

This includes destination updates, aviation sessions with the CEOs of Ryanair and JetBlue plus access to the high-profile, previously invitation-only UNWTO, WTTC and WTM Ministers’ Summit.

Richard Gayle, Event Manager, Travel Forward, said:

“Innovation is part of Travel Forward’s DNA so it’s fitting that we’ve had to respond to the current situation. We acknowledge how hard it is out there for the travel industry and the tech suppliers that which power the sector which is why we are not charging visitors to attend the virtual event or conference this year.

“Travel Forward Virtual visitors will come away with the same actionable insights and fresh-to-market research as they did from our physical events. Furthermore, exhibitors will have the chance to try innovating their sales and marketing techniques for remote meetings, demos and pitches.

“Travel has an inbuilt resilience to external disruptions and technology is an enabler of the resilience. The pandemic has strengthened our commitment to helping the travel and technology industry work better together.”
