Yesterday evening, April 3rd, over 40 international buyers at WTM Latin America got together for cocktails at the Hotel Grand Mercure, in São Paulo. Also at the get together were Charlie Cracknell, Senior Director at Reed Travel Exhibitions; Luciane Leite, Director at WTM Latin America; and Thais Del Ben, Marketing Manager at WTM Latin America, as well as the event’s marketing team.
The guests are part of the exclusive Hosted Buyer Programme, developed by WTM Latin America and aimed at bringing together senior buyers in Latin America and other world regions. During the three-day event, the chosen buyers have the right to buy directly.
“The event is very professional both on the part of operators and the buyers. And being part of the programme allows us contact with the suppliers, as well as access to new products, of fundamental importance in today’s tourism market”, commented Walter Carollo, from Spanish company Viajes Las Caletas.
