#WTMLDN 2018 – The Final Day

It may have been the third and final day of WTM London 2018, but that didn’t mean things slowed down at all. ExCel London was once again packed with travel professionals looking to unlock the ideas that will shape the world’s dreams and plans for travel over the next five years.

#NewInspiration on the Chinese market…
Over in the Asia Inspiration Zone this morning it was time for some #NewIdeas on tapping into the Chinese market, something that isn’t easy and often requires a substantial investment of time, effort and money. Roy Graff of Dragon Trail Interactive was on hand to offer in-depth advice to the packed audience. We caught-up with Roy following the session to learn more.

#NewBusiness at WTM London…
There’s no denying that #WTMLDN has been all about #NewBusiness & #NewInnovation in 2018. The show floor has been a hive activity throughout the week. We chatted to exhibitor Joe Camerota of Bike Rent NYC earlier today to find out how it’s gone for him.

And the winner is…
Over on the Europe Inspiration Zone stage this afternoon it was time to celebrate the best the industry has to offer in responsible tourism. That included the amazing work of Turisme de Barcelona who won the gold award! We chatted to Joan Torrella straight from the stage to learn more.

#NewIdeas on the Agency Pavilion…
Did you check-out the brand new Agency Pavilion here at #WTMLDN 2018? This exciting new zone has been a huge success in 2018, here is an overview from Exhibitor Kostas Panagakis of Travelworks PR.

A big thank you to all our attendees…

I wish to commend the effort of the organizers. The human traffic and number of exhibitors was huge and diverse. The fair has improved my market intelligence and knowledge about new trends in the travel industry, I have also met new people that will be helpful to my career.
I look forward to participating at the 2019 world travel market.
    Regards.
