It’s an exciting time for tourism in Abu Dhabi. The world’s first Warner Bros. hotel is one of the new attractions being promoted by the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) at WTM London 2016. The hotel is part of Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi theme park, set to open on Yas Island in 2018.
Other highlights include the Louvre Abu Dhabi, currently in its final phase of construction and slated to open in 2017.
MSC Cruises and Celebrity Cruises are homeporting ships in Abu Dhabi this winter. The MSC Fantasia is offering stops at the wildlife-rich Sir Bani Yas Island, while Celebrity Constellation will run desert excursions designed by Ben Fogle.
New hotels include the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi and the Bab Al Qasr, with Fairmont and Grand Hyatt properties also in the pipeline.
