Travel technology specialist RateGain is highlighting new releases of its flagship rate shopping tool Optima at this year’s Travel Forward.
Optima which offers comprehensive global rate intelligence to hotels by tracking all OTAs, metasearch sites and other leading platforms.
The latest upgrades to the tool include a “cluster dashboard” which allows clients to view data from multiple properties in a single display, with a new “interative length of stay” functionality allowing Optima subscribers to yield-manage their own terms and conditions relative to a defined competitive set.
It has also added a “lightning refresh” feature to hotels, giving them access to real-time competitor rates across various distribution channels.
