Another new build is the Dalmar, which opened in October 2018. The 24-story, 323-room hotel has an elevated arrival experience on the sixth floor along with a lobby bar, expansive pool deck, and fitness room.
Meanwhile, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hollywood, is undergoing a $1.5 billion property-wide expansion. Upon completion in 2019, the property will be home to an iconic guitar-shaped hotel tower, increasing the total number of rooms to more than 1,200 as well as a spa.
