Luxury hotel group Savoy Signature has announced that its newest hotel project, The Reserve, will open in January 2024.

An elegant addition to the luxury 5* Savoy Palace on the beautiful island of Madeira, The Reserve promises the ultimate exercise in exclusivity.

The hotel will comprise 40 luxury rooms that will take over the entire top floor of Savoy Palace, plus selected rooms from the 8th floor upwards. The rooms cater to a variety of personal choices, from deluxe rooms to pool suites, all of which boast spectacular sea views.

The spacious pool suites at The Reserve are carefully designed to provide a charming private sanctuary for guests. Each luxury suite features an individual terrace with its own plunge pool and sweeping vistas of Funchal Bay or magnificent views of the Atlantic. 

An array of personalised services will be available to guests, each designed to enhance the bespoke experience. Prior arrival, guests have the option to ask their GEPA team to book access to an exclusive airport lounge and a private concierge service which sees them met directly off their aircraft and transferred to The Reserve’s stylish private reception for an additional cost.

A dedicated GEPA (Guest Experience Personal Assistant) will be available 24-hours a day to take care of all guests’ needs. Complimentary services include a daily pressing service, luxurious bathing experiences and daily newspaper deliveries.

The restaurants located on the 16th floor offer unforgettable views of the Funchal skyline. Curated menus of exquisite food and drink options will complement the backdrop, offering guests indulgent snack and drink menus throughout the day at Jacarandá Lounge & Club and mouth-watering Asiatic inspired dishes including delicious sushi at the Nikkei concept.

The Reserve is exceptionally located just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant city of Funchal, with its extensive offering of culture, gastronomy and nightlife within walking distance.
