A new upmarket passenger transfer company is aiming to set new standards in customer service for the sector.
REAL specialises in high quality passenger car transfers and excursions, primarily to and from business London airports and cruise ports.
Director Jon Ghaemian says: “Our customers are business executives, families and holidaymakers. Our mission is to transfer our customers safely and in style to their destinations.
“Even though the transfer industry is highly competitive with a lot of players, both local, national and some global, we believe there is still an opportunity for a trusted, reliable, value for money transfer organisation.
“Lots of people talk about it, but we are genuinely passionate about high quality customer service.
“Although we have only been going since May within this short time we have developed a modern fleet of over 100 vehicles, and have personally selected every one of our drivers to ensure they fit into the ethos of our organisation. This means understanding that high quality customer service is paramount.”
Sixteen excursions are currently bookable online, including a day’s transfer around London or trips to Bath or Leeds Castle. In the future, REAL is planning to expand its product offering in the UK and overseas.
REAL is also able to develop bespoke transfer requirements.
Ghaemian added: “We are hugely excited to be attending WTM London. It is our first travel event. We have already contacted a number of WTM attendees and arranged meetings and we would also like to meet up with other companies, such as travel agents, hoteliers and companies that have a presence in one of the areas we offer a memorable excursion to.”
