T>F exhibitors can expect at least 275 visitors to each stand
Travel Forward (T>F), the new technology event co-located with WTM London, is building on the success of the Travel Tech Show @ WTM and offering attendees even more options to sign contracts, build relationships and gain insights.
The inaugural T>F will take place at ExCeL London from 5 – 7 November 2018.
More than 30,000 face-to-face meetings took place in the Travel Tech Show @ WTM, with each exhibitor attracting on average 275 visitors to the stand. With Travel Forward being a bigger and better event, exhibitors can expect a minimum of 275 visitors to their stands.
Positioning T>F as a standalone event co-located with WTM London offers many benefits for exhibiting companies, which will have a greater selection of stand locations and more creative freedom with the design of stands.
The additional floorspace for T>F is driving a significant increase in the number of stands available, increasing from just over 110 last year to a maximum of 250 for 2018. Establishing a critical mass of travel technology suppliers in one place will allow buyers and visitors the chance to concentrate their time and attention on specific technology-based interactions.
Elsewhere, T>F is upgrading many other options for suppliers to showcase their products, including a dedicated product theatre, exclusively available to Travel Forward exhibitors to host product demos. One-to-one meetings, away from the buzz of the show floor, can be pre-scheduled and will take place in a dedicated Buyers’ Lounge.
T>F is also in the business of educating the industry, and will have its own keynote speaker stage and two conference theatres. The content will feature business-critical insights from technology-focused speakers in the travel industry, with experts from other disciplines also sharing best practice from outside travel.
Richard Gayle, Event Manager, Travel Forward , said: “Travel Forward is a brand new event and will be bigger and better than the Travel Tech Show @ WTM. Therefore, it’s expected to attract more than 275 visitors to each stand. The industry is responding positively to the bold and innovative approach we are taking to the first T>F.”
“We are delighted with the variety of businesses signed up so far which will give a greater focus for buyers and visitors coming to the event.”
“We have enhanced how we structure the one-to-one meetings. Add in the stellar line-up of speakers at our keynote stage and conference theatres, and T>F is already developing into the defining event for global travel technology sector.”
