WTM Latin America confirms Hosted Buyers program and reinforces international buyer strategy for 2026

WTM Latin America advances its audience qualification strategy and confirms the Hosted Buyers program for the 2026 edition. The now traditional program, which brings together international buyers, will see an increase in the number of guests, from 80 to 85 professionals, all carefully selected based on strategic market demands.

The movement is part of a broader approach to the participants’ journey. “WTM Latin America works to identify and qualify different buyer profiles, offering specific experiences and benefits according to the role of each audience within the event,” reveals Bianca Pizzolito, Event Leader at WTM Latin America. For buyers, the system is structured around three main areas: Hosted Buyers, WTM Buyers’ Club and Agent on the Road.

The Hosted Buyers program occupies a strategic position by bringing together international buyers from the leisure, corporate tourism, and MICE segments, invited by the organization through a process conducted by a specialized team. For 2026, the group’s curators are considering both established global markets and strategic destinations abroad, based on surveys conducted with exhibitors.

“Participating in the event as a Hosted Buyer is an efficient way to expand your network of international suppliers and conduct relevant negotiations in a short period of time,” explains Bianca. The program offers benefits aimed at generating business, such as easy access to exhibitors, a pre-scheduled meeting system, and participation in exclusive networking events, enhancing the experience of international buyers.

WTM Latin America also offers the WTM Buyers’ Club, which brings together tour operators and travel agents from Brazil and abroad. “All participants undergo a selection process and, once accepted, have access to the meeting scheduling platform, exclusive lounge, and speed networking sessions, among other benefits,” explains Bianca, adding that the buyers’ club expects to see 10% growth in membership next year.

The third axis is “Agent on the Road,” an initiative focused on the domestic market. The expectation for 2026 is to bring together 500 professionals, reinforcing the presence of Brazilian trade at the fair.

For the Hosted Buyers program, exclusively for international buyers, those interested in participating can register using the form available in the dedicated section of the website

For the other programs, “Agent on the Road” and “WTM Buyers’ Club,” interested parties can register their interest at this link and will be notified as soon as registration opens.

WTM Latin America will be held between April 14 and 16, 2026, at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo (SP).
