The organisers of World Responsible Tourism Day, WTM London is hosting a panel debate poising the question; Can travel be truly sustainable in the future? WTM aviation expert John Strickland and Eurotunnel Sales & Marketing Director Jae Hopkins debate sustainable tourism issues including carbon offsetting, the impact of the sharing economy and the role of taxation in creating a sustainable future. WRTD – the largest day of responsible tourism action in the world – takes place on November 4 2020.
