ReviewPro is inviting hotels to have a look at its new Guest Messaging Hub, a real-time communication platform which allows interaction with guests across messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WeChat, WhatsApp, Line, Viber and texts.
The idea is that guests do not need to download an app, and hotel staff can receive and respond to all requests from the messaging platform via one central hub.
