WTM Latin America 2018 – the world’s number one event for the Latin American travel industry, which will take place between April 3rd and April 5th at Expo Center Norte in the city of São Paulo – will organize the motivational workshop: “The Secret of Successful Minds” by Master Mind Treinamentos, in partnership with Brasilturis.
Presented by Walter Kaltenbach, director of Master Mind Treinamentos and of the Napoleon Hill Foundation, the conference is designed to make participants carry out an exercise in self-knowledge and reflection, guided by the importance of changing attitudes in order to generate long-lasting, positive results in their personal and professional lives.
For the executive, being at an important international event like WTM Latin America is a rewarding opportunity that mainly allows an intense exchange of content. “I believe that the constant updating is the focus between the two companies, both for us from Master Mind, who bring a focus on behavioural techniques, adapted for the segment, as well as for WTM’s public, which is very knowledgeable about the sector and which offers new developments and issues that are relevant to the industry”, stresses the executive.
“The main goal of the Inspire Theatre is to present topics that can be applicable in the visitors’ daily and professional lives, not just in relation to travel industry, we want people to leave there inspired to become better professionals in the future. Walter has an impressive CV and presents a topic that is currently receiving a lot of attention in all sectors and companies”, explains Thais Del Ben, WTM Latin America’s Marketing Manager.
The Master Mind group is a specialist in the area of training and conferences for leadership development, and it is the only Brazilian company that is certified by The Napoleon Hill World Foundation – Purdue University Calumet – Hamont, Indiana/USA.
