LGBT market breaks into new territory

The International Gay & Lesbian Travel Association will hold its 33rd Annual Global Convention in Cape Town next year – the first time the conference has been held on the African continent. The convention, including an appointment-driven LGBT buyer/supplier marketplace, runs from 14-16 April 2016 at the Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel. “This year, our educational content will integrate information on LGBT tourism to Africa in a way that supports the local communities,” says IGLTA board chair Dan Melesurgo.
